Shipments and returns
Uovision Australia do offer a return policy. However it is the customer’s responsibility to choose carefully the product which best suits their application or intended purpose. We do not offer a refund just because you have simply changed your mind.
Please view the products specifications listed on our website before purchasing. If you require more information regarding a product give us a call as we are here to help you.
Our return policy is simple, all goods are required to be returned in “as sent condition”, meaning unmarked, undamaged and unused within 30 days of the purchase. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% service and restocking fee. Please contact our office prior to returning any products.
Express Shipping
If you have requested Express post and the cost of the postage is above the amount charged, all items will be sent as normal Parcel Post.
